Stories For Walls does not hold stock. Every artwork is made to order and therefore, every order is made and prepared especially for you. This means that we require a little time to print your order before we ship it to you.

For Australia wide deliveries shipping is free and timelines are as follows:

Poster Art: Please allow up to 5 business days for your poster art to be printed, packaged and delivered. 

Wallpapers and Large Wall Stickers: Please allow up to 10 business days from date of artwork approval to delivery. To see our wallpaper turn around times, please read our terms.

Small Wall Stickers: Please allow up to 10 business days for your wall stickers to be printed, packaged and delivered.

International delivery costs are dependant upon the value of your order as follows:

Orders $0 to $100 ~ $45 Light Parcel Shipping

Orders $101 to $180  ~ $55 Small Parcel Shipping

Orders $181 to $300  ~ $85 Medium Parcel Shipping

Orders $301 to $1500  ~ $120 ~ Stardard Parcel Shipping

Orders $1501 and up  ~ $250 ~ Large Parcel Shipping

With regards to international timings, please add 10 business days to our domestic timings above. All our international orders are shipped by courier. We will send you a tracking number once it has been shipped. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by your country.

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason except for damaged or defective prints. 

Please ensure you have selected the right sized print for your space before placing your order. If you believe a print or product is defective, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and send us some photos so that we may assess the issue.

Custom prints and artworks are not subject to returns or exchanges.
