Returns and Exchanges

Stories for Walls does not hold stock. Every product is made to order and therefore, every order is made and prepared especially for you. 

Therefore, we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason except for damaged or defective prints, (unless you cancel before printing commences).

Please ensure you have selected the correctly sized piece for your space before placing your order. If you believe a print or product is defective, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and send us some photos so that we may assess the issue.

Any wallpaper issues due to a customer’s inaccurate wall measurements or inadequately prepared wall surfaces, is the responsibility of the customer. You can read about the differences of our materials here and how to prepare for installation here.  Our team will do our best to help rectify the issue as cost efficiently as possible, but if any reprints are required, this will be at the expense of the customer. Please ensure you have provided the correct measurements for your space before placing your order.
